Noir was approached by The Windsor Companies to assist them with marketing and promoting their new Fireblocks project in Dayton. Windsor took over a project teeming with broken promises and mis-managed contractors. They knew that they had a minefield on their hands and looked to our team to help them re-launch the project in the downtown Dayton market. Our team used the existing brand and worked with media, along with smaller, in-person events, to change local perception of the project. Deliverables included signage, blogging, media relations, print marketing pieces, and events.
